    Reigning Perth Interbreed champion bull Liberty Major General headed the sires at the 7th Annual Western Australian Charolais Bull sale. A new $23,000 State record auction top price and the highest average for the sale were major highlights in an otherwise sale of mixed results at the seventh annual WA Charolais Bull Sale at Brunswick. Overall 21 sires sold from the 31 on offer to average $6,412. The top price sire was purchased by Dean Ryan, Central Stockcare, Bullsbrook. Second top price was Venturon Motivate offered by the Thompson Family and purchased by Bardoo Charolais stud for $16,000.
