The Competition comprises 4 sections, Weight gain, Carcase, MSA eating quality and Beef Taste-off.   All steers entered were delivered to Launcells Feedlot and fed the same rations for 100 days.

Riverglen’s pen of 6 Purebred Charolais Steers had an average gain of 2.42kg per day. The winners were consistent performers in a wide range of criteria. Riverglen also exhibited the Reserve Champion Carcase, Grass Fed Jap Ox.
